Cheese, Spinach & Ham Brioches
8 slices of St Pierre brioche loaf
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
8 slices of cheese
8 slices of ham
1/4 bag of baby spinach leaves
4-6 tablespoons of melted butter
How to make
Spread half the brioche slices with the mustard, top with cheese, ham and spinach and sandwich together with the remaining brioche.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the sandwiches with butter and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and the cheese has melted.
