Crawfish Cocktail Roll

Ingredients (Serves 6)

6 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
250ml lemon mayonnaise
200g craw fish (crayfish)
40g finely chopped celery
30g finely chopped spring onion
1 Teaspoon of black pepper
1 Teaspoon of fresh chives or dill
1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

How to Make

Warm the brioche hot dog rolls in a preheated oven at 392F / 200C / Gas Mark 6 for 2 – 3 minutes. Meanwhile mix the lemon mayonnaise, craw fish, celery, spring onion, black pepper and chives/dill in a bowl to create the filling. Once the rolls are warmed up and the filling has been made, where the rolls are pre-cut pull them apart slightly and fill them with the craw fish cocktail.
