Filled Crêpes with Ice Cream & Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)

4 St Pierre chocolate and hazelnut crêpes
100g Dark chocolate
20ml milk
20ml cream
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

How to Make

To make chocolate sauce, place cream and milk in a saucepan over low heat. Heat until warm. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Set aside.

Place individually wrapped crêpes on a microwavable plate and heat for 10 seconds (650 watt), allow 2 seconds before opening and serving. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle over chocolate sauce, and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
