Join us with your friends and family and take a bite of our exclusive brunch platter using our St Pierre brioche goodies. Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co have curated this platter specially for this event and to make this even sweeter, we’ll be giving them out for FREE!
Here’s what to expect on the menu;
Bananas Foster French Toast Bites
St Pierre Croissant bread pudding with beer-infused Bananas Foster, cajeta caramel sauce, and vanilla bean Chantilly whipped crème
Texas Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders
St Pierre Brioche Slider filled with smoked pork shoulder in tangy BBQ fig sauce, topped with coleslaw, pickled red onions, and crispy pickles
Philly Cheese Steak
St Pierre Brioche Roll filled with thinly sliced cold smoked beef with beer cheese queso, topped with peppers and onions
Brewhaus Mini-burger
St Pierre Brioche Slider with house ground beef patties topped with white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and onions

Please note, only the St Pierre Brunch Platter is complimentary and each table will be given one ticket. All other food dishes ordered off the Buffalo Bayou Breweing Co menu will be charged as normal. Complimentary food tickets will be handed out on a first come, first served basis so unfortunately once they’re gone, they’re gone
