How do I prepare/heat your products?
All of our products are ready to eat and enjoy! It can be eaten straight from the pack or if you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, or have a bit more time, why not try some of our carefully selected recipes for additional ways to enjoy.

How should I store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place and once opened store in an airtight container. Try to keep away from direct sunlight.
Are our products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes! All of our St Pierre products are suitable for vegetarians.
Where can I find details of product allergens?
All our products comply with current US labeling standards including allergens. Please check product packaging or individual products on our Products page for more allergen information. Even when repeat purchasing, we would always recommend checking the product information on pack. If you do have any further queries please feel free to contact us.
Do your products contain nuts?

Are your products suitable for freezing?
No, as our products have been frozen previously we do not recommend freezing.
Why do St Pierre products include Palm Oil?
In order to achieve the best texture in our products we occasionally need to use palm oil. We are a member of the Round Table of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and, whenever possible, we purchase Mass Balance or Segregated RSPO Palm Oil from sustainable sources, compliant with RSPO standards. Are your products clean label?
St Pierre’s brand standards value quality and authenticity at every step of our production process. Our products are made to authentic recipes, with high quality ingredients. We guarantee our products are free of high fructose corn syrup, GMO’s and artificial sweeteners, among others, to ensure the most delicious and authentic taste, every time.

Is your packaging recyclable?
The type of plastic we use to package our products is mainly polypropylene, which is a common material used for packaging food. Polypropylene is not recyclable within the US. We do label all our products with the correct recycle logo for the packaging type.
Where to find the Best If Used By date on my St Pierre product?
The Best If Used By date is applied by each retailer when they place the product on sale in store.
