Cheese & Ham Brioche Melt

A twist on the classic grilled cheese and ham using our Brioche Sliders to make these delicious sharing rolls melt.
Ingredients
- 12 St Pierre Brioche Sliders
- 12 slices of ham
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Slice the brioche sliders in half, keeping the rolls batched together for ease
- Place bottom of rolls in a snug fitting dish, layer the slices of ham and cheese over the bottom of the rolls. Replace the top of the rolls
- Melt the butter into a mixing bowl and add the mustard, sugar, onion powder and poppy seeds.
- Mix together until evenly blended
- Brush the mixture all over the surface of each slider
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown
- Serve and enjoy
