Christmas: Chocolate Orange Breakfast Brioche

In three easy steps whip up these sweet and festive brioche treats as a quick snack, Christmas breakfast or sweet treat

  • 1 pack St Pierre Brioche Hot Dog Rolls x6
  • Butter for spreading
  • 1 small jar orange marmalade/orange fruit preserve
  • 1 small jar chocolate spread
  • Zest of an orange
  • 2 satsumas/clementines/tangerines
  • Few squares dark chocolate


  1. Cut through the hot dog/sandwich rolls where they are already split then toast lightly.
  2. Spread half of the pieces with a little butter then some marmalade. Finally grate over a little dark chocolate
  3. Spread the remaining toasted rolls with chocolate spread then grate over a little orange zest. Serve with segments of satsuma on the side
