Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwich

A quick and simple, warm and delicious lunch

2 slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf
Sliced ham
Cheese (we recommend Swiss!)


  1. Butter the two slices of brioche generously
  2. Place one slice – butter side down – into a warm frying pan
  3. Add your favorite type of sliced ham
  4. Top with your favorite cheese
  5. Add the other slice of brioche – butter side facing up
  6. Wait for first slice to turn golden brown, then flip the whole sandwich over
  7. Fry the other side for a couple of minutes until it’s golden brown and the cheese has melted
