  • 1 pack St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns x4
  • Leftover turkey, shredded, about 2 cups
  • Sage and onion stuffing, about ¾ cup, crumbled
  • Large handful lettuce, torn or shredded
  • 2 tsp cranberry sauce, plus extra to serve
  • 3 tbs mayonnaise


  1. Mix the mayonnaise and cranberry sauce together in a small bowl
  2. Spread the cranberry mayonnaise on the bottom of each St Pierre Brioche Burger Bun, followed by some lettuce, some leftover turkey and stuffing and an extra dollop of cranberry sauce if you like
