Leftovers Thanksgiving Dinner Buns

Take your leftovers to new heights with St Pierre Brioche.

There are always leftovers after Thanksgiving dinner, but the question is what to do with leftover Thanksgiving food? Why not give them a Parisian twist using our Brioche Burger Buns and make a deliciously packed sandwich filled with your leftovers. With herby mayo, chili cranberry sauce and your leftover meat and veg all inside a Brioche Bun, you can take your leftovers to new heights.

Ingredients

4 St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns
Leftover cooked turkey
Leftover gravy (optional)
Leftover vegetables such as sprouts, roasted sweet potato etc
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Few fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
Black pepper
6 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
Leftover stuffing

Method

  1. Heat up the leftover vegetables in the oven of sauté in a skillet for a few minutes until piping hot. Re-heat the turkey in a little leftover gravy or sue the meat cold if you prefer. Make sure everything is thoroughly heated through
  2. Meanwhile, mix together the mayo, sage and a good grind of black pepper. In another small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and chili sauce
  3. Lightly toast the brioche buns then spread the bottoms with the herby mayo. Pile on some leftover turkey, then some sweet potato and sprouts. Add a little stuffing then dollop on a spoonful of chili cranberry sauce before popping on the lids
