
Leftovers Thanksgiving Dinner Buns

Ingredients
- 4 St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns
- Leftover cooked turkey
- Leftover gravy (optional)
- Leftover vegetables such as sprouts, roasted sweet potato etc
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Few fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
- Black pepper
- 6 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
- Leftover stuffing
Method
- Heat up the leftover vegetables in the oven of sauté in a skillet for a few minutes until piping hot
- Re-heat the turkey in a little leftover gravy or sue the meat cold if you prefer. Make sure everything is thoroughly heated through
- Meanwhile, mix together the mayo, sage and a good grind of black pepper
- In another small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and chili sauce
- Lightly toast the brioche buns then spread the bottoms with the herby mayo
- Pile on some leftover turkey, then some sweet potato and sprouts
- Add a little stuffing then dollop on a spoonful of chili cranberry sauce before popping on the lids
