Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese

Prep: 10 minutes Serves: 6

A delicious deli-style breakfast at home

Ingredients

12 St Pierre Brioche Sliders
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
Fresh chives

Method

  1. Pull apart and slice the brioche sliders in half
  2. Smear a generous amount of cream cheese on each half of the slider
  3. Fill with slices of smoked salmon
  4. Chop the fresh chives and sprinkle on top
  5. Close the slider together and enjoy
