A delightful afternoon treat to share with friends and family

St Pierre Brioche to Share
3 tbsp raspberry jelly
8oz whipped cream
6oz fresh raspberries


  1. Take the whole brioche and slice in half, horizontally
  2. Place the top half to one side, and heap several spoons of jelly onto the bottom half
  3. Spread the jelly out, and then add several dollops of cream on top
  4. Spread the cream out, add fresh raspberries, and replace the top half
  5. Spread more whipped cream on top of the brioche and decorate with fresh raspberries
  6. Slice and serve

Brioche to Share
