Back To School Recipes: Brioche “Bagel” Bites
Our take on the classic pizza snacks that so many of us remember eating after getting home from school. Using our Brioche Sub Rolls, simply spread tomato sauce on top, sprinkle grated cheese and your favorite pizza toppings on (pepperoni is our choice here) and slice the brioche into bite-sized pieces before heating up in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
You can go wild with whatever pizza toppings you like on these, and you can also use our Brioche Slider Rolls to make these classic snacks without having to slice them up.

4 Brioche Bagels
Our take on a New York classic, with a touch of Parisian flair. Our Brioche Bagels are lightly sweet, golden and wonderfully soft. A French twist on an American classic and the ideal canvas for all of your favorite toppings from lox and cream cheese to bacon, egg, and cheese – our bagels will make you say “bon appétit”!
Banana and Nutella Sandwich
A treat for young and old, the classic combination of banana and Nutella works perfectly inside our Brioche Burger Buns. Simply spread a layer of Nutella onto the brioche bun base before adding slices of banana on top to make either a sweet snack or a weekday dessert in less than five minutes that the whole family will fall in love with.
We like to go the extra mile here at St Pierre, so as an extra treat in this recipe we have caramelized the banana slices.

4 Brioche Burger Buns
Because your burger deserves the best. Our Brioche Burger Buns are pre-sliced and deliciously soft, ready to be filled with your favorite burger and toppings. A perfectly golden and plump texture holds your fillings together for a satisfying bite every time. Our brioche is lightly sweet, and the shiny glaze on top of each bun makes every bite magnifique. We also make packs of 6 Brioche Burger Buns.
Back To School Recipes: Ice Cream Sandwich
If the weather is still hot for the kids’ first day back at school, why not whip up some cool and delicious after-school snacks for them with a Parisian twist! We’ve created these Ice Cream Sandwiches using toasted slices of our Brioche Loaf, but you could use our Brioche Sliders to make up mini versions.

Brioche Loaf
Pre-sliced, utterly decadent and completely delicious, our sliced Brioche Loaf will make the ideal addition to your table. With a lightly sweet taste, delicate texture and irresistible richness, St Pierre’s Brioche Loaf is delicious as is or simply toasted as a snack, and as an addition to any meal.
Sloppy Joe Sandwich
This iconic retro dish is the perfect back to school meal idea, whether it’s something to enjoy at lunch as a treat, or even as a meal with the whole family for dinner. With ground beef, sliced onions and green peppers in a sweetened tomato sauce, served inside a toasted Brioche Burger Bun (and a sprinkling of cheese on top if you like), this classic sandwich gets an upgrade with St Pierre brioche.

Back To School Recipes: Spaghetti Grilled Cheese
Yes you read that right – spaghetti in a grilled cheese! This is a great way to use up your leftover spaghetti from the night before. All you need to do is butter one side of each slice of Brioche Loaf and place buttered side down in a griddle pan before topping with some slices of cheese. Once the cheese starts to melt, add a couple of slices of peperoni to one slice of brioche and then add on your spaghetti. Pop the other cheesy brioche slice on top and there you have it, a spaghetti grilled cheese!
