No need to take your dad out for dinner this Father’s Day, as the team at St Pierre has come up with some delicious recipe ideas that you can make to treat your dad.
Father’s Day is the day we celebrate the father figures in our lives – from dads and stepdads to grandpas, great-grandpas and anyone else who deserves to be spoilt. Falling in June, for some of us Father’s Day dinner is a good excuse to get the grill out and barbecue some rib eyes or pork chops. For others, the occasion calls for a hearty meal indoors around the dinner table.
Pick up a pack of soft Brioche rolls or a loaf to whip up a chef-standard meal in no time.
However your family celebrates it, Father’s Day is a time for good food and even better company. You might not be whisking your dad off to Paris this year, but with the help of our products you can serve up French-inspired dishes that will feel extra special. So, from our kitchen to yours, make Father’s Day magnifique with St Pierre and our delicious range of products.
The best Father’s Day dinner recipes
This Father’s Day there’s no need to take dad out to the local diner or restaurant for dinner. Here at St Pierre we have come up with a selection of delicious recipe ideas using our range of brioche, bakery products and pastries.
All of our Father’s Day dinner ideas are specially designed to be that little bit decadent, so you can treat the important man in your life.
Nashville Hot Chicken Burger
Surprise dad with this delicious Hot Nashville Chicken Burger. Made with hot and crispy fried chicken, pickles, your dad’s favorite hot sauce and a generous serving of a creamy blue cheese sauce, all that’s left to do is to add a touch of Parisian flair with our St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns. So delicious dad will be wanting this every week!
Why not pair it with a creamy potato salad? And of course, don’t forget the barbecue sauce…
Blackened Salmon Burger
A upgraded take on fish and chips in a burger, worthy of your favorite French restaurant (and even your dad on Father’s Day).
Brush the salmon fillets with melted butter and liberally coat with the Cajun spice mix. Fry the fillets for a few minutes on each side until cooked. To make the salsa, finely dice some yellow and red peppers, tomato and spring onions and mix with ground pepper and lime juice. On the base of a St Pierre Brioche Burger Bun spread a thin layer of Sriracha mayonnaise and add a couple of slices of cucumber followed by the pan-fried salmon fillet.
Top the salmon with a generous spoonful of the fresh salsa to finish. We also love this with a heaping portion of corn salad, with crunchy red onions for texture. Delicieux!
Chocolate Burgers
These deliciously sweet dessert burgers will make the ideal end to Father’s Day. Take a pack of our St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns, spread a thick layer of Nutella inside and add a generous helping of whipped cream. Close the burger bun and spread more Nutella on top of the burger lid. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes and serve up for dad for a simple but magnifique sweet treat.
Alternatively, you could try a cinnamon bun inspired take on these brioche burgers. Spread the bottom half of the bun with whipped cream or a sweetened cream cheese mixture. Spread the tops of the buns with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and lightly broil before sandwiching with the bottom half.
Father’s Day BBQ platter
What could be better than celebrating the father figure in your life with a classic barbecue? At St Pierre we love our grilling recipes, and we can’t think of a better occasion to go all out than for Father’s Day dinner.
Fire up the grill and gather together a range of your family’s favorite proteins. Grilled shrimp is always a winner – add a Parisian twist with lots of garlic and herb butter, maybe a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve your burgers in a classic Seeded Brioche Burger Bun for a real treat.
Whether you’re serving grilled pork chops, classic rib eyes, or BBQ chicken, sides are key to a good platter. Make sure you’ve got some crisp salad leaves with Italian dressing for some greenery. Get some creamy potato salad, grilled corn and whatever else is in season.

Brioche Breadcrumb Chicken Parm
Add a touch of French flair to an American favorite. Take a slice or two of our Brioche Loaf (or even a leftover Brioche Burger Bun) and blitz into breadcrumbs. For some extra flavor – to really transform your Father’s Day dinner table into a Parisian-inspired feast – add in some dried herbs or parmesan cheese. Use your brioche breadcrumbs to bread your chicken cutlets and serve them up with a rich marinara, plenty of mozzarella and parmesan and a side of potatoes or a crisp garden salad.
If your dad might be looking for a lighter meal option, try this Grilled Lemon Chicken Burger recipe instead.
Loaded Hot Dogs
Grab your Brioche Hot Dog Rolls and get creative with your dad’s favorite toppings. Whether you go for a classic hot dog or mix it up with bratwurst or any dog you like, make sure you’ve got a variety of condiments and accompaniments worthy of the occasion.
Of course, we might be partial to French mustard or some lovely caramelized red onions, but your family may have a different tradition. Topped with tomato sauce or BBQ sauce, onions or pickles, you can’t go wrong with your very own take on a Father’s Day hot dog recipe.
Chocolate Chip Brioche Bread Pudding
For something sweet to round off your Father’s Day dinner, why not serve up a classic all-American comfort dish with a sophisticated French twist? Use slices of either our Sliced Brioche Loaf, in place of traditional bread for a sweet and rich base for your custard. If you like, you could add a dash of your dad’s favorite tipple into the custard itself for a grown-up treat – we like a splash of rum or brandy in ours.
Soak the brioche slices in a custard mix, and bake until golden and bubbling. Serve alongside your dad’s favorite fruit and with some whipped cream on the side.
