Pastrami and Jarlsberg Sandwich

Ingredients (Serves 4)

8 Slices of Brioche Loaf
4 Tablespoons of Wholegrain Mustard Mayonnaise
8 Slices of pastrami
4 Slices of jarlsberg cheese
8 dill pickle

How to Make

Spread a generous layer of wholegrain mustard mayonnaise onto 2 slices of the brioche loaf. Top one of the slices with thinly sliced pastrami, jarlsberg cheese and dill pickle. Then place the other slice with only a layer of mustard mayonnaise on to the second slice. To serve, cut in half and enjoy!
