Chocolate Fondue

A sophisticated dessert – quick, simple and ideal for parties

Ingredients

6 St Pierre Brioche Waffles with Butter & Belgian Chocolate Chips
7oz dark chocolate
⅔​ cup heavy cream
Marshmallows
Strawberries

Method

  1. Place a bowl over a pan of simmering water and melt the chocolate and cream together
  2. Slice the brioche waffles into thin fingers, and arrange on a plate with the strawberries and marshmallows
  3. Serve the chocolate fondue sauce in a dish, and dip the brioche waffles, strawberries and marshmallows in
